FirstVibe.in  operates as a print on demand store. All products are printed and fulfilled by our production partner, Qikink. Each item is made after you place your order.

1.     Order Processing

• Orders are processed after successful payment
• Production starts within 24 to 48 hours
• Printing and quality check take 2 to 4 business days

During peak seasons, production time may increase.

2.     Shipping Time

After production, your order is handed over to a courier partner.

Estimated delivery times within India:
• Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
• Other locations: 4 to 7 business days

Delivery time depends on your location and courier service.

3.     Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
• Free shipping offers, if available, will be shown on the product page or at checkout

4.     Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS
• You can track your order using the courier tracking link

5.     Delays

Delays may occur due to:
• High order volume
• Courier service issues
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays

SF Vibe is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will support you in tracking your order.

6.     Incorrect Address

• Please enter the correct shipping address at checkout
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• If the package returns due to wrong address, reshipping charges will apply

7.     International Shipping

Currently, FirstVibe.in  ships only within India unless stated otherwise on the website.

8.     Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Send clear photos of the product and packaging
• Include your order number

We will review the case and arrange a replacement if eligible.
