Return Policy
At FirstVibe.in, all products are made to order through our print partner, Qikink. Each item is printed after you place the order. Because of this, returns are limited to specific cases.
- No returns for change of mind
• We do not accept returns for wrong size selection
• We do not accept returns for color preference issues
• We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind
• We do not offer exchanges for ordering mistakes
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items
You are eligible for a replacement if:
• You receive a damaged product
• The print is defective or misprinted
• You receive the wrong item or wrong size from our side
To request a replacement:
• Email us within 48 hours of delivery
• Attach clear photos of the product and packaging
• Include your order number
After verification with Qikink, we will process a free replacement.
We do not require you to return the damaged item unless instructed.
- Time frame for claims
• Claims must be raised within 2 days of delivery
• Requests made after this period will not be accepted - Refund policy
Since all products are printed on demand:
• Refunds are not provided for size or preference issues
• Refunds are only approved if a replacement is not possible
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- Order cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before production starts
• Once the order is sent to production at Qikink, it cannot be cancelled
